Alabama 5 individuals arrested and charged with sex trafficking after forcing multiple victims, both adults and minors to engage in commercial sex acts.
Arizona Glendale police arrest a 25-year-old man in connection to a sex trafficking operation out of Cuba. Numerous Cuban women were held in debt bondage and sex trafficked in an operation with ties in Phoenix, Houston, Las Vegas, and Miami. 
California Husband and wife arrested in North Highlands for sex trafficking two 17-year-old girls who were family friends of the couple.
Florida Man arrested for trafficking paid an underage girl for sex acts on 4 occasions and then arranged commercial sex dates for other buyers with the victim. 
Georgia 37-year-old woman arrested for sexually exploiting and trafficking two victims, an adult female and a 16-year-old girl to sex buyers around Dekalb County.
Kentucky 66-year-old man arrested for prompting human trafficking offered two juvenile boys in a local Scottsville park money in exchange for sexual favors.
Missouri 4 individuals arrested for child sex trafficking and related crimes in Taney County, resulting from a 2-day sting operation involving multiple law enforcement agencies. 
New York 21-year-old man arrested for sex trafficking a 16-year-old female victim in a motel out of Lancaster. 
North Carolina Man arrested for human trafficking in Cleveland County N.C., after using social media to lure and abduct a 14-year-old girl in Deerfield Township.
Oklahoma Man arrested for sex trafficking after using known prostitution websites to advertise sex with an underage girl out of a motel room in Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma Enid man arrested for trafficking multiple victims in multiple states following a 5-month investigation.
Oklahoma Man arrested after he was caught operating a residential brothel and trafficking 3 Chinese women recently brought to the US for commercial sex.



Georgia  Labor trafficking at Egreen Transportation in Savannah, is now being investigated at the federal level. 13 Chinese nationals who say they were labor trafficked to a Savannah warehouse to work without receiving payment.
New York LatinoJustice PRLDEF  filed a lawsuit against Fadmo Home and Home Health Care Agency, INC. for exploitive labor practices. Associate Counsel for Racial Justice at LatinoJustice PRLDEF states, “Our plaintiffs exemplify an industry that relies on the exploitation of women, immigrants, and other marginalized people.” 
Virginia Couple sentenced for luring a family member to the US with false promises to help with education, and then using physical and mental abuse to exploit his labor for personal financial gain.
West Virginia Bond revoked for a couple after their initial charges were upgraded to human trafficking after they locked their adopted Black children in a barn and forced them to work as “slaves.” The abused children were identified only as a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl. A third child, identified as a 9-year-old girl, was confined to a loft inside the main house.

 
Arizona Owner of massage parlor in Prescott busted for running an illegal sex scheme after officers executed a warrant and found evidence of prostitution. Authorities are now investigating 2 other massage parlors in Tuscon tied to the owner. 
Florida Woman turned herself in on prostitution and RICO charges for her role in a sex trafficking ring operating out of massage parlors and barbershops in Hillsborough and Manatee counties. She is the 6th suspect arrested in the investigation. 
Georgia Roswell police are investigating a spa on Grimes Bridge Road after an ex-employee claimed management wanted her to perform sexual acts on customers.
New Jersey Owner of 2 massage parlors was arrested for operating illicit sexual activities out of her business. Detectives also found women living both spa locations.
Ohio Chester Township Spa closed after a police raid revealed evidence of illicit sexual activities occurring at the establishment, no arrests were made.
Ohio Maumee police rescued 2 potential victims and arrested another individual involved in trafficking and prostitution at a local massage parlor. The 2 victims were sent to a shelter and the other individual involved, while not the ring leader, told police that there was a man who would drop off new girls and pick up the ones who’d been staying at the business. 
Texas The owner of 8 massage parlors suspected of human trafficking agreed to have his massage therapist license revoked and close all 8 of his parlors as part of a settlement reached with TDLR.


California A second woman has been arrested on prostitution charges in connection to a massage parlor in Farmington. Police have communicated concern that she may be a victim of human trafficking.
Louisiana Potential victims among those arrested during a prostitution sting operation in St. Mary Parish.
Louisiana Employees arrested on prostitution-related charges during investigation into illicit sexual activities at 3 Alexandria massage parlors.
New York Haverstraw spa closed and an employee arrested on prostitution-related charges after offering to perform sexual acts on undercover officers.
New York Two potential victims were arrested during a raid at a Huntington Station massage parlor.
New York 2 potential victims working at a massage parlor in Utica were arrested following an investigation into the establishment for illicit sexual activity.
Texas Beaumont massage parlor shut down and one employee was arrested for prostitution.
Virginia 7 employees arrested from 5 different Chesterfield County massage businesses on 22 charges during undercover operations.CLICK HERE TO

Colorado Man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for trafficking for sexual servitude, which he will serve concurrently with his other 12-year sentence for retaliation against the victim in the case. He advertised the victim for sex online and used violence to coerce her into performing commercial sex acts. His arrest was a result of a nationwide sex trafficking enforcement campaign known as Operation Cross Country.
Louisiana 25-year-old woman and her 30-year-old boyfriend were sentenced for sex trafficking 2 women who they advertised on commercial sex websites for personal financial gain. The couple coerced their victims into compliance using physical violence and asserting control over food and movement. 
Michigan Warren man sentenced to 7 to 40 years in prison after undercover officers caught him using online sites to sex traffic a minor for personal profit. He forced her to perform commercial sex acts on him and other clients under threats of violence. 
Michigan 34-year-old man sentenced to 3-10 years for sex trafficking at least 5 women in Detroit, Kimball, and Port Huron. 
Ohio Man sentenced to 37 months in prison for coercing and sexually exploiting a victim from Kentucky, forcing her to engage in commercial sex acts for money in Ohio and California.
Pennsylvania In Blair County’s first human trafficking jury trial, a 40-year-old man was convicted and sentenced to 21-47 years in state prison. Additionally, he will serve consecutive prison sentences for the rape of an unconscious 14-year-old girl, 2 counts of corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.
South Carolina 26-year-old man sentenced to over 30 years in prison for using violence to coerce 4 victims, 3 adults and 1 minor to engage in commercial sex in exchange for money in Greenville.
South Dakota Man sentenced to 27 years for using physical and emotional abuse to coerce an adult woman into engaging in commercial sex acts and then forcing her to turn over all the profits.
Texas A 67-year-old Denison musician was sentenced to seven years in prison for human trafficking.
Virginia Man sentenced to 32 years in prison for sex trafficking a 16-year-old female and exploiting her for the production of CSAM. The female victim was forced to engage in sex acts in exchange for money with up to 30 clients per night.

 
Arizona 44-year-old man pled guilty after he was caught during a sting operation attempting to lure an undercover posing as a 17-year-old into prostitution via social media.
Arkansas 32-year-old man arrested during a human trafficking sting at a motel 6 in Fayetteville. The man was seen dropping off a female victim for paid sex with an undercover officer. 
California 15 sex buyers arrested in Lake Elsinore ‘John’ prostitution sting.
California Undercover prostitution sting operation results in 10 sex buyer arrests in Claremont.
California Former University City high school science teacher pleaded guilty to seeking commercial sex with a 16-year-old girl in an undercover operation.
California 2 men in Redding arrested in undercover operation targeting child predators on internet platforms. Both men attempted to meet the fictitious minors for sexual acts and were arrested upon arrival.
Illinois 3 men were arrested in Yorkville after a 2-day human trafficking operation targeting individuals seeking to engage in commercial sex acts. All three men attempted to travel to meet a child for sex acts. 
Massachusetts 16 individuals were arrested for charges ranging from enticement of a child under the age of 16, sexual conduct for a fee, and attempted rape of a child as part of an ongoing human trafficking investigation.
Massachusetts 6 sex buyers were arrested in Holyoke as part of an operation to reduce human trafficking within the city.
Minnesota Man arrested for attempting to meet an undercover officer posing as a minor for sex in Rochester.
Missouri 4 men arrested in multi-agency sex trafficking sting targeting predators seeking sexual acts with minors in Stone and Taney County.
North Carolina Undercover sting operation results in 7 sex buyer arrests in Cumberland County.
Oregon 7 sex buyer arrests made during human trafficking operation along Southeast 82nd Ave in Portland.
Tennessee  Monroe County authorities arrested 7 people between the ages of 28 and 77 for engaging in sexual conversations with an undercover posing as a minor online. The majority of men arrested offered $100 to have sex with who they thought was a 16-year-old female or male.
Texas Former Highland Village Fire Dept. chief is arrested for soliciting prostitution during a sting operation at a Lewisville Motel 6.


Colorado 2 hotels may be forced to pay monetary damages after 2 victims say the business either failed to notice sex trafficking on the premises or turned a blind eye.
Florida Man sentenced to 60 years in federal prison for the production of CSAM. Law enforcement found that he possessed nearly 20,000 images of CSAM and produced his own CSAM with several victims, all 13 years of age or younger.
Mississippi Mom and 4-year-old killed, 6-year-old sister rescued in a horrid murder kidnapping case with possible indicators of human trafficking. 
Missouri Registered sex offender sentenced to 35 years for the solicitation of sexually explicit photos of a 14-year-old victim and the distribution of CSAM. Also involved in the case, the man’s 24-year-old fiancée awaits sentencing for taking sexually explicit photos of the victim and sending them to him over Snapchat. 
New York Bill to end the 5-year statute of limitations on sex crimes could help survivors seek justice. The bill, S349A, passed in the Senate on June 5.
South Carolina In 2023, there have been 4 confirmed human trafficking incidents reported in small, rural Hampton County, 6 in Jasper County, and another 8 in Beaufort County.
Tennessee 81-year-old man arrested after he paid a woman for sex acts and then held her against her will in his home in Glenwood.
